CAROLINE BUTLER
Caroline joined Lord North Street in 2004. Formerly Managing Director and
Head of UK Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank AG. London, she was in
charge of UK onshore and offshore clients and client acquisition strategy. She
put in place the quantitative asset allocation model used in London.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2001, Caroline was a Partner in a fund of
hedge funds within Park Place Capital.
An Economist by training, she worked from 1977 in London at NM Rothschild and
Sons and at S.G. Warburg & Co and from 1987 in New York at Goldman Sachs and
Louis Dreyfus Corporation. The first woman elected to the Board of S.G. Warburg
in 1984, her experience includes foreign exchange and debt management, corporate
advisory and asset management.
Caroline speaks French, Italian and Spanish, was educated at Oxford and at
the London Business School.
