Multi-Family Office (MFO)
The services offered can be many and vary widely but the principle characteristic will be that the financial affairs of a number of families are looked after by the same team of people. In some cases, such organizations will have been founded initially to serve one family and later have created the infrastructure to serve others.
Lord North Street looks after several families. It was founded and conceived as a broad platform without a founding family. It does however look after Charities and Endowments also. Lord North Street does not offer tax services, legal advice or concierge services but instead focuses purely on investment management.
