Lord North Street Limited is a Private Investment Office based in London. We design and implement investment strategies for very wealthy families and charities using best-of-breed fund managers.

We believe that the best solutions for clients will be obtained in a
company with no financial incentive to favour any asset class or fund manager. Our fee structure reinforces our independence and ensures that we sit on the same side of the negotiating table as our clients - we have
no in-house products to sell.

We manage our clients' multi-generational wealth. This includes personal asset allocation and wealth structuring as well as the selection of
managers, custodians and other service providers.

We provide discretionary management of the funds and implement the investment choices. We take responsibility for investment performance.

Founded in 2000, Lord North Street is owned by its directors.

Multi-client Family Office

What is a Multi-client family office, multi family office or multi-family office?

Multi-client family office, multi family office or multi-family office are all words which describe the same types of organizations which manage the family investments of a number of different families. However, within the definition of multi-client family offices there are broadly two distinct types of multi-client family offices, namely (1) multi-client family offices which start by managing the family investments of one family and then offer their services to other wealthy families using the family investment methodology, (2) multi-client family offices which are not owned by or invested in by a founding family but offer their family office services to a range of families as independent clients. Another distinction to be drawn between types of multi-client family offices is between those multi-client family offices which retain their independence by having no in house products and those multi-client family offices which offer their own fund management, multi-managed funds or funds of funds.
