George de Courcy-Wheeler
George’s principal responsibilities span the two areas of Investment Management and Portfolio Construction.
After graduating from Trinity College, Dublin, George worked as an engineer and then in the corporate banking division of the Bank of Montreal. Since 1987 he has been involved in many aspects of managing and advising on investments for private individuals. Most recently at Morgan Stanley and prior to that from 1995 to 2001 at JPM in Geneva, he managed investment portfolios for clients based in the Middle East. From 1987 to 1995 he worked for the single family office of the owners of a substantial packaging business in Switzerland. There he ran portfolios for family members and selected and supervised investment managers in London and New York. George has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter.
George is Swiss/Irish and speaks French.
