Lord Charles Cecil

Charles is a non-executive director of Lord North Street Holdings Limited.

Until 1989 Charles was at J. Henry Schroder Wagg Limited where he was a lending banker for Latin America and later a placer of Schroder Group products and services internationally. For the ten years to 2005 he was a non-executive director of Willer Funds, a Luxembourg umbrella fund. From 1993 to 2008 Charles was one of the founders and latterly the Managing Partner of Helix Associates Ltd, a global private equity fund placement agent. He is a founding shareholder and non-executive director of Altius Associates Holdings, a leading international adviser and manager of institutional accounts and fund of funds investing in private equity. Charles is now a consultant to Altius Associates Ltd. He is a trustee/director on behalf of certain substantial families in the UK with investments in a wide variety of asset classes.
