Olivia Hancock

Previously a full time member of staff on the Client Service team, Olivia now performs a cross-functional role as part time Chief Operating Officer.

Olivia joined the Lloyds Bank graduate training programme in 1990 in the Commercial Banking division. She became the Branch Manager of Hampstead before leaving to join Schroder Investment Management as a research analyst. In 1996 she joined Schroders Private Bank where, as a Director, she led a team responsible for developing portfolio strategies and providing client services to UK entrepreneurs, landed families, charities and personal pension funds. She was a member of the asset allocation committee and qualified as an Associate of the then IIMR in 1999.

Olivia is fluent in French and speaks Spanish.
